This tool is being hailed by a lot of power networkers I have spoken to as the next big thing in Social Media. I have not heard a lot about it other than it can "help automate recruiters invitations to connect with candidates across multiple social networks with a few clicks."

Looks like I found this blog a little late. Would be interested to hear your thoughts SocialGrow however!
Cheryl, SocialGrow has not gone alpha yet but once I have alpha access I will be posting an new article.
SocialGrow is now live. The windows version of the desktop is availiable. Mac Version coming soon. Check it out at http://www.socialgrow.com I will be posting an article on it before the weekend is over.
